At The Refinery, we’ve been skilfully blending for over a decade. Our recipes aren’t conjured up in a boardroom or a backroom, they’re created first-hand at the prep table in our drinks kitchen by our Head Chef.
Here we’ve experimented with flavour composition, embraced unusual ingredients, analysed taste profiles and challenged culinary conventions. We’ve learned through experience and by applying instinct, flair and imagination.
It’s taken a long time to refine our craft. And so it should, because great taste takes time and is worth the wait.
We’ve refreshed the taste of water with a blend of natural juices and plant extracts. Then we carefully re-iterate each recipe until it delivers the right balance of flavour, aroma and hydration.
